Delete or Ban Participants From Your Viral Sweepstakes or Viral Competition
Now you can permanently ban participants if they cheat even if they attempt to join again using a different email address.
We ban their IP address so it is tougher to get around it. If they attempt to enter it will tell them they are not eligible to enter. Also, now you can delete individuals from the campaign. As always, you can still remove specific bonus entries or points without deleting the entire participant from the campaign. We also revisit how to award a winner and check for fraud.
