Agency CRM: How To Use Your Own Billing Provider

If you don't' want to use our Stripe integration, you can still create an automated workflow using other payment processors linked to your Agency CRM Pricing Plans

If you are unable to use Stripe in your country, or if you just prefer to use the billing system that you're already using, you can still use Agency CRM to create an automated onboarding experience for your new clients.

Please know that if you switch this option on, you will lose the following features:

  1. Your customers will no longer see a 'Billing' option in the top nav, as your payment provider will now manage those details
  2. You won't be able to expose the affiliate tracking script after a successful payment, because we will no longer be collecting payments on your behalf.
  3. Your customers will not be able to upgrade and downgrade within our platform on their own, they will need to contact you or use your external system to do this.

Now, let's get you setup with your external payment provider in a few simple steps:

Step 1. Go to 'Integrations' and select 'Do not collect payments, I will use my own billing system'.

Step 2. Set up your Pricing Plans. There will no longer be prices set for your plans since our system will not be charging clients anything.

Step 3. Set up your billing system. You will need to create a billing option for each of your Pricing Plans in your own billing system. Most billing systems, including Paypal, will give you the option to redirect the customer to an external URL after a successful payment has been made. Be sure to set the corresponding Pricing Plan URL (this one: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuDWvDZ ) for each of your billing options. For example, if you have a $99/mo Jr. Social Media Manager plan, set up the Pricing Plan and copy the Plan URL. Then create a $99/mo subscription option in Paypal or whatever billing system you use and paste the Plan URL in the field where they ask where to send customers after they start their $99/mo subscription.

Once you have completed this for all of your Pricing Plans, then the flow will be like this: Your Website >>> Paypal Subscription URL >>> Pricing Plan URL. This way, they choose the plan on your pricing page of your website, pay on Paypal, immediately setup their account/social profiles, etc. and the onboarding is complete!
