Change who on your team receives each type of notification


If you want to change who receives email notifications on your team, go to the top right and choose "Workspace Preferences". Scroll down to "Company Settings", and here you're going to see the four main types of notifications and who they go to.

When social accounts become disconnected, which happens every couple of months with Facebook and if you change your password, it might change, so you can have it go to the agency staff you're working with. If you have custom individuals set up in your account as team members, you can select them as well.

For any failed post notifications, if we try to send a post for you and something goes wrong, we need somebody to notify. So, this is where you will let us know who you want to be notified in that event.

RSS feeds and bulk posts can be set to be held for approval. You can decide who gets notified once new RSS feed posts are added or if there's a bulk post that was set to be approved. You can have it automatically notify a different person on your team than yourself.

Campaign approvals and updates: Let's say somebody submits a photo to your photo contest. Well, that needs to be approved by somebody on your team. So, this is where you can decide who receives those notifications.
