Why can't a user see all posts in the Queue folder?


Is there a user on your account who's not able to see all of the social posts that are scheduled? Well, that might mean there's a change that you need to make in their user settings. So, go click on your thumbnail at the top right, select "Workspace Users". You're going to edit that user, scroll down to the part that says, and this is within the publish section, "This user can only view their own posts in these screens". If these are all checked, for example, then that user will not be able to see anyone else's posts, only posts that they scheduled in the system. So, you would want to have these switched off if there's an individual that you don't want to be able to go and make edits or delete. But if you do want them to see all the other posts in the system, then you'll want to confirm that these are all unchecked. When you're done with that, click "Save".
