How to setup the AI Writer for YOUR business

You can configure your AI Writer for your company in just a few minutes. In many cases, your profile is already partially completed based on how you signed up.


Follow these steps to review and complete it properly.

Step 1: Open an AI Writer Module

Go to the AI Writer and select any module.

The first time you open one, you will be prompted to complete your company profile.

If you see red premium lock icons on certain modules, your current plan does not include access to those features. Contact your account manager if you want to unlock them.

Step 2: Complete Each Section of the Company Profile

Industry

Enter your industry.

Example:
Real Estate

Describe Your Product or Service

Write a detailed description of what you offer.

Include:

  • What makes your business unique

  • Specific advantages you provide

  • The outcome you deliver for clients

For example, if you help buyers secure correctly priced homes quickly, state that clearly. The AI will shape future content around those benefits.

Describe Your Target Customer

Define your ideal audience as specifically as possible.

Example:
Middle-class families looking to buy or sell homes in Orange County.

Clear targeting improves the relevance of your AI-generated posts.

Physical Location

If you serve a specific area, enable the physical location option and enter your city or region.

If you operate virtually, select no.

When enabled, the AI can naturally include your location in social posts.

Sales Call to Action

Enter the action you want followers to take when you are selling.

Examples:

  • Visit OrangeCountyHomes.com

  • Call today

  • Schedule a consultation

  • Buy now

If you instruct the AI to generate a sales post, it will incorporate this call to action or a close variation.

Lead Generation Offer

If you offer:

  • Free consultations

  • Email newsletters

  • Free listings

  • Trial offers

  • Appointment bookings

Select yes and describe how followers claim it.

Example:
Sign up for new home listings at www.orcounthomes.com/newlistings

The AI will use this when creating lead-focused content.

Brand Voice

Select the tone that matches your brand.

Examples:

  • Professional

  • Friendly

  • Authoritative

  • Educational

The AI will match this tone in your posts.

Image Generation Settings

You can choose:

  • Default image generation prompt

  • Custom image generation prompt

The default option is recommended because it is updated regularly and improves over time.

Select Your Default AI Chatbot

Choose which chatbot loads automatically for prompt generation.

Select the one you prefer or subscribe to, such as:

  • ChatGPT

  • Claude

When prompts are generated, you can paste them directly into your selected chatbot.

Save Your Profile

Click Save.

From this point forward, every AI-generated post will automatically apply your company profile settings, ensuring your content stays specific, consistent, and aligned with your brand.
