Use AI Writer to create and publish a social media post with an image

You can create a complete social media post, generate a matching image, and publish it without leaving the AI Writer.


Step 1: Open the AI Writer

  1. Go to AI Writer.

  2. Click Start Writing on Social Media.

Two screens will open:

  • Left side: Social Media Module

  • Right side: ChatGPT

The left side builds the prompt.
The right side writes the actual post.

Step 2: Choose Your Post Type

You’ll see two main sections:

Attract

Designed to generate leads and grow your audience.

Convert

Designed to turn leads into customers.

For this example, select:

Current News Event with Hot Take

This post type:

  • Searches for a recent article in your industry

  • Pulls from trusted sources

  • Writes a post about it

  • Sends traffic to your website

Step 3: Adjust Settings

You will see options such as:

  • Validation strictness level for article source
    Leave the default at 7.
    Lower it only if no qualifying articles are found.

  • First comment

  • Hashtags

  • Language

  • Location mention

  • Call to action

  • Number of posts

Because this is an attract-style post, the system automatically inserts your lead generation call to action from your company profile.

Step 4: Generate the Post

Click Generate Prompt.

The prompt is automatically copied to your clipboard.

Paste it into the chatbot on the right.

The system will:

  • Search for recent industry articles

  • Pull from trusted outlets such as Reuters

  • Select relevant content

  • Generate a social media post

  • Insert your call to action

  • Include hashtags if selected

Review the post.

If you are satisfied, move to image generation.

Step 5: Generate an Image

Go to Optional Refinements.

Select:
Create a Prompt for an AI Image Generator

The image prompt will be copied automatically.

Paste it into the chatbot.

An image will be generated that matches the post topic.

Save the image to your computer if needed.

Step 6: Switch to Publisher

At the top of the screen, toggle from AI Writer to Publisher.

Now you can:

  1. Copy your social media post.

  2. Paste it into the message field.

  3. Apply a post preset if desired.

  4. Adjust network-specific formatting.

For example:

  • Shorten text for X if needed.

  • Adjust line breaks.

  • Confirm call to action placement.

Step 7: Add the Image

Upload or drag the saved image into the image area of the post.

Once attached, it will publish correctly across supported networks such as Instagram and Facebook.

Step 8: Add to Queue

Click Add to Queue.

Your post is now scheduled according to your queue settings.

  5. Switch to Publisher.

  6. Format and schedule.
