View and export reports in Data View

If you prefer a more spreadsheet-like view for your reports, you can switch to data view by clicking on the icon provided in your report. This will transform your report into a format resembling a traditional spreadsheet, with columns and rows displaying information for each social media post.

In the data view, each row represents a social media post and provides detailed information such as the publisher, publication date, message content, and included links. Additionally, on the far right side, you'll find action options that allow you to edit links if needed, such as updating expired links or redirecting to a new website.

One of the primary benefits of the data view is the ability to sort and filter the data based on various metrics, such as revenue. While this demo account doesn't have revenue data, you can still utilize sorting functionalities to identify which posts are performing best across different metrics.

With potentially hundreds of pages of reports available, data view enables you to analyze and manage your social media posts more efficiently. Furthermore, you can export these reports as CSV files, allowing you to further analyze the data using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. This export functionality empowers you to perform customized sorting, filtering, and data manipulation directly within your preferred spreadsheet software.
