Manage your scheduled and held posts in the Queue folder

Managing posts in your queue is crucial for organizing your social media content efficiently. Here's a breakdown of how to navigate and manage posts in your queue:

1. **Accessing the Queue Folder**: Click on the "Queue" tab next to the publisher to access all your future posts that haven't been published yet. Once a post goes out, it moves to the "Sent" folder.

2. **Filtering Posts**: Use filters to narrow down the posts displayed in your queue. You can search by keyword, filter by category, and specify the type of posts you want to see.

3. **Bulk Actions**: Utilize the bulk feature to perform actions on multiple posts simultaneously. You can delete multiple posts or approve posts in your selection. Simply select the posts and choose the desired action.

4. **Post Details**: Each post in the queue displays various details such as image attachments, linked URLs, messages, category, post type (Q, scheduled, held for approval), and assigned time for posting.

5. **Editing Posts**: You can edit posts directly from the queue. Posts with editable messages have a gray background, indicating that you can make changes. Simply click on the message to edit it.

6. **Actions**: On the far right side, you'll find actions that can be performed on individual posts. You can open a post as a copy, approve it, edit it, pause/resume it, or delete it.

7. **Bulk Queue Editor**: There's a separate video tutorial available for using the bulk queue editor, which provides a powerful way to manage your queue more efficiently.

8. **Pagination**: You can customize the number of posts displayed on each page of your queue to suit your preferences.

By effectively managing your queue, you can stay organized, ensure timely posting of content, and maintain control over your social media scheduling.
