Hold posts for approval from another team member


To hold a post for approval by another team member and communicate any necessary information or questions, follow these steps:

1. Click on the hand icon labeled "Hold Post for Approval" before you publish the post.

2. A message area will appear where you can enter any instructions, information, or questions for the team member who will review the post.

3. Select the team member(s) who need to approve the post from the list of users. You can choose multiple team members if necessary.

4. Once you've entered the message and selected the team member(s), click on "Save and Publish" to proceed with the post.

5. The post will be held for approval, and the selected team member(s) will be notified via email. They will also see the special note in the queue when they review the post.

6. The team member(s) can then review the post, make any necessary edits or decisions, and approve it for publishing.

By following these steps, you can ensure that posts are reviewed and approved by the appropriate team members before they are published, facilitating collaboration and maintaining quality control.
