Approving entries to your photo, video, or essay contests, as well as galleries, is a straightforward process. By default, entries can be approved via email, making it convenient to manage them directly from your inbox. However, if you prefer to approve entries in bulk or require a login for added security, you can adjust the settings in your workspace preferences.
To approve entries:
1. **Approve via Email:** If set up to approve entries via email, you can simply review and approve them directly from the approval emails sent to your team members. This method is recommended for its ease of use.
2. **Bulk Approval:** If you need to manage a large number of entries or prefer to do so within the software interface, log in to the platform and navigate to the "Approve" section in the left navigation menu.
3. **Review Entries:** Within the "Approve" section, you'll find tabs for photo entries, video entries, and text entries. The process for approving entries is the same for each type.
4. **Filter Entries:** To view only entries that require approval, filter by selecting the "New" status. Entries with the status "New" are pending approval.
