Use the Contest Console to view entrants and winners

Managing your contests, whether they're photo, video, essay, or caption contests, is straightforward with the Contest Console. Here's how to effectively manage participants and handle any issues that arise:

1. **Accessing the Contest Console:** Navigate to your contest and select "Contest Console" from the actions dropdown. This console provides an overview of all entries, including photo, video, or text submissions.

2. **Managing Participants:** In the Contest Console, you can view all participants and their entries. Use the search function to find specific participants or entries based on messages or names.

3. **Identifying Fraudulent Activity:** If you suspect fraudulent behavior, such as self-voting or bot activity, you can take action to address it. Use the "View Voter IP Addresses" option to analyze voter activity and move suspicious votes to the "Not Counted" folder.

4. **Blocking IP Addresses:** To prevent further fraudulent activity, you can block IP addresses associated with suspicious behavior. Copy the IP address and add it to the list of blocked IP addresses to ensure that any activity from that address is suppressed.

5. **Declaring Winners:** Once it's time to declare winners, you can easily do so within the Contest Console. Select the winning entries and designate them accordingly. You can also declare secondary winners for special categories, such as "Fan Favorite" or "Most Creative."

6. **Awarding Prizes:** After selecting the winners, you can award prizes accordingly. Ensure that all prize allocations are fair and transparent, and communicate the results to participants promptly.
