Use the Sweepstakes Console to view entrants and winners

Managing your viral sweepstakes or competition is essential for ensuring fairness and integrity. Here's how to effectively use the Sweepstakes/Competition Console to manage participants, select winners, and address fraudulent activity:

1. **Accessing the Console:** You can access the Sweepstakes/Competition Console by clicking on "Sweepstakes Console" or "Competition Console" in the actions dropdown next to your campaign. Here, you'll find a grid with all participants.

2. **Selecting Winners:** If you haven't selected winners yet, you can click on "Select Finalists" to assign a winner rank to each participant. This process considers factors like the number of entries each participant has. You can also "Re-elect Finalists" if needed.

3. **Blocking IP Addresses:** To address fraudulent activity, such as self-referral or bot activity, you can block IP addresses associated with suspicious behavior. This prevents future actions from those IP addresses.

4. **Viewing Participant Details:** Clicking on a participant's name allows you to view their entry details, including bonus entries earned. You can move suspicious entries to the "Not Counted" folder if necessary.

5. **Managing Fraudulent Activity:** Analyze entry details to identify fraudulent behavior, such as multiple entries from the same IP address or self-referral. Move suspicious entries to the "Not Counted" folder and block associated IP addresses to prevent further fraud.

6. **Exporting Participant Lists:** You can export a list of participants to a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping purposes.
