How to remove Facebook accounts and delete the data

If you no longer want our software to have access to your Facebook account, you can easily disconnect it and delete your data. Follow the steps below to remove the connection.

Step 1: Remove Our App from Your Facebook Account

To disconnect our software from your Facebook account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings & privacy > Settings.
3. In the left-hand menu, select Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
4. Locate our 'Campaign Share' application in the list.
5. Click Remove next to the app name.
6. In the confirmation prompt, check the box to delete all activities related to this app, then click Remove.

Step 2: Remove Your Facebook Connection from Our Platform

Once you've removed our app from Facebook, follow these steps to complete the removal on our platform:

1. Log in to your account on our platform.
2. Navigate to Account/Workspace Preferences.
3. Locate your Facebook account in the list and click the trash icon 🗑️ to remove it.
4. This will immediately disconnect your Facebook account and delete any associated data from our system.
