Account Settings: How to Cancel Your Account

These are the steps if you want to close your account.

If you are NOT an Agency account: 

  1. Select Account Settings from the top navigation.
  2. Click the Change Credit Card Info button.
  3. Click Cancel my Account.

If you ARE an Agency account:

  1. Select Agency Dashboard from the the top navigation.
  2. Select Settings when hovering over whichever workspace you want to cancel
  3. Click the Change Credit Card Info button.
  4. Click Cancel my Account.
