Can I use other url shorteners?

You would have to generate the shortlink in the 3rd party tool and then share that link in your social post. It should work fine, as it will bounce the visitor from our shortlink to your shortlink, which would resolve to whatever destination URL you setup in your 3rd party link shortener. You cannot set it up to automatically generate shortlinks in your 3rd party tool. For automated link shortening, you have to use our url shortener, which uses this domain: https://rfr.bz

Ask your account manager about purchasing a Custom Link Shortener domain. We'll use your domain when generating shortlinks instead of https://rfr.bz
